Every floral design at Love Letter Collective is completely custom and created just for you. Because I don’t keep daily inventory, each order is carefully planned and sourced fresh to match your unique vision.

To ensure I can dedicate the time and materials needed to craft something truly special, I have a custom order minimum of $150. This minimum helps guarantee the highest quality and attention to detail in every arrangement—making your investment truly worthwhile.

Where Do You Deliver?

We currently deliver Monday-Thursday from 9am - 3pm to : Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, CR 210, Julington Creek, San Pablo, Hodges. To arrange delivery outside of our normal radius + delivery times, please email hello@lovelettercollective.com *we cannot guarantee exact delivery timing.
Do You Have A Storefront?

We are a private, boutique floral and event studio! We do not have a storefront.
Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?

Each design is crafted just for you, meaning we don't have preset designs for you to choose from. Due to the custom nature of our business, we don't keep floral inventory on hand. We hand select our stems from our local flower farmers + wholesalers specifically for your order! We require at least a 3 day lead time for all flower deliveries.
Will My Flower Arrangement Look Exactly Like The Product Picture?

We have never made the same thing twice! Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of luxury flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" and tone of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence.
Do You Take Custom Orders?

What is a Designer's Choice Floral Arrangement?

A Designer's Choice arrangement is where we create a unique luxury bouquet or vase arrangement. We hand selecting the floral varieties, color scheme, style, and container based on the season and floral availability. Let us know the occasion when ordering & we will use our best judgement for color and style!
