Welcome to The Love Letter Collective. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to providing a beautiful experience and clear expectations from the moment you order to the moment your flowers arrive.
1. Deliveries
Delivery Days:
Local delivery is offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Lead Time:
A minimum of 3 business days is required for all deliveries to allow us to source the freshest seasonal blooms.
​
Delivery Hours:Deliveries take place between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
We will send a text message to the recipient the morning of delivery to coordinate a preferred window within this timeframe. While we do our best to honor availability, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
​
Contactless Delivery:
All deliveries are no-contact. The recipient will receive a text message with photo confirmation once the arrangement has been dropped off. Please ensure someone can bring the flowers inside promptly, as blooms are perishable.
​
If No One Is Home:
If the recipient is unavailable during their preferred window, the arrangement will be left in a safe location near the front door. Once delivered, we are not responsible for damage caused by heat, cold, weather, theft, pets, or any circumstances outside our control.
No Doorbell Policy:
To be mindful of work-from-home calls, sleeping babies, pets, and noise sensitivity, we do not ring the doorbell or knock. Instead, the recipient will receive a text notifying them that their arrangement has arrived.

Incorrect or Inaccessible Address:
If an incorrect or inaccessible address is provided, a redelivery fee may apply. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

Weather & Safety Delays:
Deliveries may be paused or rescheduled due to severe weather, extreme temperatures, or unsafe road conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected.

Kernan, Hodges & Town Center — $20
Nocatee, St. Johns, Beachwalk & CR-210 — $35

2. Floral Design Expectations
Bespoke & Custom Designs
Every arrangement is designed exclusively for you. We do not replicate prior designs.

Variation Disclaimer
Photos represent general style, palette, and size. Due to seasonality and daily market availability, your arrangement will vary—and will always be a one-of-a-kind piece within your chosen color palette.
Natural Characteristics
Flowers are natural products. Your arrangement may include variations in:

petal shape
-
texture
-
color
-
bloom opening stages
-
scent
-
size or structure
These nuances are normal and are not considered defects.
3. Delicate & Specialty Blooms
At Love Letter Collective, we specialize in romantic, delicate, premium blooms such as:

garden roses
-
sweet pea
-
ranunculus
-
butterfly ranunculus
-
poppies
-
anemones
-
specialty tulips
These stems are highly sensitive to:
-
heat
-
direct sunlight
-
low water levels
-
temperature fluctuations
-
handling/bruising
Some premium flowers naturally have shorter vase lives, open quickly, or fade more rapidly. This is an expected characteristic of high-end floral varieties and is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Once delivered, it is the recipient’s responsibility to:

bring flowers indoors promptly
-
keep arrangements in a cool environment
-
avoid heat, vents, and direct sun
-
refresh water daily
-
handle blooms gently
We cannot guarantee a specific lifespan for individual varieties.

4. Substitutions
In the event that a specific flower, color, or vase is unavailable, we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, palette, and quality of your design.

5. À La Carte Orders
À la carte florals are available for smaller events or personal deliveries within our service area.

Orders over $500 are considered custom or event orders.

À la carte event orders require a minimum of 7 days’ notice unless otherwise approved.

We may accommodate special timing or locations for event orders outside our normal schedule.

6. Weddings & Events
Pickup Orders for Events:
If you choose to pick up arrangements, responsibility transfers to you at pickup. We are not liable for damage during transport.
7. Payment & Order Confirmation
Orders are not confirmed until paid in full.
We do not hold dates, products, or designs without payment.

8. Refund & Issue Policy
All sales are final due to the custom, perishable nature of fresh florals.
If there is an issue with your order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to find a solution where possible.
Natural flower variation, normal flower behavior, and the expected fragility of delicate blooms do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
9. Care & Responsibility After Delivery
Once an arrangement has been delivered and confirmed, responsibility and care transfer to the recipient.
We are not responsible for flowers damaged due to:

heat
-
cold
-
prolonged outdoor exposure
-
pets
-
lack of water
-
mishandling
-
failure to bring arrangements indoors in a timely manner

10. Photography & Marketing Use
By placing an order, you grant The Love Letter Collective permission to photograph your arrangement(s) for marketing, social media, portfolio, and promotional use.
Customer names or personal information will never be shared.
11. Communication Consent
By placing an order, you consent to receive text or email notifications related to your order, including delivery updates.
